Ingredients

  • 400 g fish fillet (s), fresh or frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it

For the sauce:

  • 180 g cream
  • 100 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 35 g mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper fresh fish fillets on both sides. Thaw frozen fish beforehand and drain well so that the sauce is not watered down. Grease a baking dish. Put the fish in it and drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Preheat the stove to 200 ° C top and bottom heat. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and pour over the fish.
  3. Cook the fish fillets in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. If they get too dark, cover the fish fillets from time to time.
  4. Serve with potatoes or rice.
