Fish Sauce

This sauce with fresh cucumber, garlic, and herbs will perfectly highlight the taste of any fish.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Cucumber (small) – 1 pc.
  • Parsley – 3-4 sprigs
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste

How to make the fish sauce:

Directions

  1. Peel the garlic, squeeze it into mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the cucumber, grate on a fine grater.
  3. Wash the parsley, chop finely.
  4. Add cucumber and parsley to mayonnaise with garlic. To stir thoroughly.
