Ingredients

  • 500 g camembert (s), soft
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 onion (s), very finely chopped
  • 30 g flaked almonds or hazelnut flakes
  • 40 g pumpernickel
  • 4 sprigs dill
  • 4 sprigs parsley
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder

Instructions

  1. Also: 45 praline cuffs
  2. Dice the soft camembert. Mash together with the soft butter with a fork, then stir well. Stir the chopped onion into the cheese mixture. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Roast the almond or hazelnut flakes in a pan until golden brown and place on a plate.
  4. Crumble the pumpernickel finely and place on a plate. Finely chop the dill and parsley sprigs and place on a plate. Put the paprika powder on a plate.
  5. Put the curry on a plate. Divide the cheese mixture into 5 parts. Shape each part into about 9 walnut-sized balls and roll them in nuts, pumpernickel, herbs, paprika powder or curry.
