Ingredients

  • 200 g butter cheese
  • 200 g brie
  • Nuts, mixed (hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds )

Instructions

  1. Chop the nuts into large pieces.
  2. Place the sliced butter cheese and brie on top of each other, top with the nuts and cover with another layer of butter cheese and brie.
  3. Wrap in foil and weigh it down with a saucepan in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Then cut into 3 x 3 cm pieces and place in praline molds.
