  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 vanilla pod (bourbon vanilla)
  • 125 g suar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 0.5 liter ½ dessert sauce (caramel sauce)

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk with the sliced vanilla pod and sugar to the boil and let it steep a little. Stir the eggs and egg yolks into the cooled milk.
  2. Pour the caramel sauce approx. 2 - 3 mm high into the rinsed molds or flan glasses and pour in the milk and egg mixture. Cook in the water bath for approx. 45 - 60 minutes at 150 ° C in the oven on the lowest rack.
