Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 3 tablespoon hazelnuts, grated
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking dish or flat cake tin with butter and dust with flour. Roll out the puff pastry - cut off any leftovers - and spread breadcrumbs and hazelnuts on the floor. If necessary, put the prepared fruit into the mold. Mix the cream with the egg, custard powder and sugar as well as a pinch of salt and pour over the fruit.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C for about 1/2 hour, then switch the heat down to 120 ° C and continue baking (about half an hour) until the whole mixture has thickened.
  3. Tip: Anything that tastes good can be used on fruit. It should just be as soft as possible. Tastes very tasty with apples and / or cherries, as well as pears (also from the can).
