Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, round
  • 700 g potato (s)
  • 150 g bacon, diced
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

  • 2 dl milk
  • 0.5 dl ½ cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 50 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Put the puff pastry in a springform pan and prick with a fork. Peel the potatoes and grate the hash browns. Mix with diced bacon and chopped onion and season. Spread the potato mixture on the dough.
  2. For the topping, mix and season the milk, cream, eggs and grated cheese. Pour the mixture on the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
