  • 400 ml milk
  • 5 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • some aroma (vanilla aroma)
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon water

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk on a low level and let the sugar melt in it, the milk must not boil! Remove from the hob and let cool down a little.
  2. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Now add the milk to the eggs and stir it well, adding the vanilla flavor as needed. Now pass the mixture through a sieve, it makes the flan smoother.
  3. Prepare the caramel sauce in a saucepan by stirring the sugar and water over high heat. When the sauce is brown, divide it into 4 cups. Then spread the flan mixture over the cups. Prepare a pressure cooker, turn off the stove when the water is steaming, and carefully place the cups in it.
  4. Now let the whole thing simmer over medium heat for about 12 minutes, do not put the lid completely on the pot. You can also put a towel under the lid to prevent water from getting into the flan.
  5. If you prick the flan with a pointed wooden stick and no juice comes out, it`s done. Place the cups in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and carefully tip the cups onto a plate. Now you can garnish the flan with cream or fruit.
