  • 1 kg mussel (s) (lousy)
  • 1 vegetable onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • some oil
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • 50 g herb butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the vegetable onion and place in a large saucepan and fry a little with the chopped celery. Pour in about 2 liters of water and season with salt and pepper. As soon as the water boils, add the mussels and cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, peel the garlic and put the herb butter ready. And preheat the oven to 200 ° C convection.
