Ingredients
- 250 ml whole milk
- 50 g suar or to taste
- 30 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 medium orange (s), peel it
- 250 ml boiling water

- Bring the milk to the boil in a medium-sized saucepan over high heat and immediately remove from the stove.
- Put the sugar, orange juice and orange zest in a heat-resistant container and pour the boiling water over it. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let the liquid cool down and stir into the milk. When everything is completely cold, strain through a sieve.
- Serve the milk either warm or cold.
- The amount is calculated for 2 to 3 people.
