Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 teaspoon mustard (Dijon)
  • 2 medium onion (s) (red), diced into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar, (red wine vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
  • some rapeseed oil
  • Garlic granules
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Lightly sauté the diced onions in a little oil, they still have to have a bite.
  2. Briefly add the sugar and deglaze with the vinegar.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients while stirring and season to taste sweet-sour-spicy.
