Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 teaspoon mustard (Dijon)
- 2 medium onion (s) (red), diced into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon vinegar, (red wine vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
- some rapeseed oil
- Garlic granules
- salt
- Cayenne pepper

- Lightly sauté the diced onions in a little oil, they still have to have a bite.
- Briefly add the sugar and deglaze with the vinegar.
