  • 500 g penne
  • 400 g tomato (s)
  • 250 g buffalo mozzarella
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • a lot basil
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes, chop the garlic and tear the mozzarella into small pieces. Put everything in a bowl and stir. Chop and add plenty of basil. Chop the garlic and grate with a little salt and pour over it. Now mix everything with plenty of olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar. Possibly add a little more salt. But be careful: as the garlic has already been grated with salt, be a little careful.
  2. Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package. After draining, immediately add to the prepared ingredients and stir well. Cover and let stand for another 10 minutes and then enjoy.
  3. A great meal for hot days. And if something should be left over, it will also taste cold the next day. Also recommended as a side dish for grilling.
