  • 1 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  2. Peel the garlic clove and cut into small cubes or press through the garlic press.
  3. Peel the eggs and cut into small cubes.
  4. Now put the cream with the mustard and honey, sugar and salt in a container. Stir vigorously so that everything mixes well. Then add the chopped onion, garlic and cubed eggs and stir well. Finally, season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
  5. Pour the sauce over the salad and mix in.
