Fresh Vegetable Salad with Fried Fish

A light salad of fresh vegetables with crispy fried fish. Such a salad with fish is suitable for a festive table, and for a simple family meal.

Cook: 40 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Frozen pollock (fillet) – 300 g
  • Fresh cucumber – 100 g
  • Fresh radish – 80 g
  • Green leaf lettuce – 70 g
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh dill – 4 branches
  • Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Rinse the fish, cut into pieces about 5 cm long.
  2. Salt the fish and leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Dip each piece of fish in flour.
  4. Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil. Fry the fish for 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Cool the fish, disassemble it into pieces. Make sure there are no bones left.
  6. Wash the radish and cucumber, cut into semicircles.
  7. Rinse the lettuce leaves, cut into strips.
  8. In a salad bowl, combine radishes, cucumbers, lettuce, and fish.
  9. Season with mayonnaise.
  10. Chop the dill finely. Add dill to the salad.
  11. Stir the fresh vegetable salad with fried fish and serve immediately.
