Fresh Zucchini Casserole

Zucchini casserole is a great side dish for meat, poultry, or fish.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini or zucchini – 3 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 4 tablespoons
  • Mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Dill greens – 1/2 bunch
  • Parsley greens – 1/2 bunch
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for lubricating the mold

Directions

  1. Cut the courgettes into 2×2 cm cubes.
  2. Place in a greased dish with a volume of about 2-2.5 liters. Chop the greens, add to the zucchini, salt everything, and mix.
  3. Place the zucchini dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Then remove the zucchini from the oven. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream with mustard and eggs. Pour this mixture over the zucchini.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place the zucchini casserole in the oven for another 15 minutes. Zucchini casserole is ready.
