Ingredients

  • 100 g bacon, diced (mixed)
  • 1 onion (s), (finely chopped)
  • 500 g chanterelles
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, (finely chopped)
  • Paprika powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • possibly potato (s) or bread dumplings

Instructions

  1. Clean the chanterelles dry and chop them roughly.
  2. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan until crispy, sweat the onion cubes in them until translucent. Add the chanterelles and let them roast briefly.
  3. Whisk the eggs well, season with the parsley, salt, pepper and paprika, add to the mushroom pan and let set while stirring.
  4. Depending on your wishes, boiled potatoes or bread dumplings (very tasty) can also be fried. Then it becomes a real mushroom roast.
