  • 3 stalk / s marjoram
  • 2 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
  • 6 tablespoon oil (basil)

Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly dice the onions. Peel and slice the garlic. Pluck the herb needles and leaves. Halve, core, wash and cut the peppers into pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the peppers in it, turning, for about 15 minutes over medium heat. Halfway through the frying time, add the onions, garlic and herbs. Season the paprika with salt and pepper.
