  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • Clove powder
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Peel the groats and cut into slices, dice the onions.
  2. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Add the sausage and fry over medium heat until it has a creamy consistency. Season well.
  3. Serve with boiled potatoes and mustard pickles.
