Ingredients

  • 400 g taliatelle (as wide as possible)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 200 g cooked ham, smoked black, thinly sliced
  • 400 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 280 ml cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 150 g cheese (youn Gouda)
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable broth, grained
  • salt and pepper
  • Basil (fresh or dried)
  • olive oil
  • 2 scoops mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta until al dente, drain, sprinkle with cold water and mix well so that it does not stick.
  2. Cut the onion and zucchini into small cubes and fry in a large pan in the oil until golden brown. Cut the ham slices into squares, fry a little. Halve the tomatoes and add them to the pan.
  3. Dissolve the vegetable stock in a little hot water, add to the pan with the milk, cream, basil and pepper and let everything simmer a little. Grate the cheese and let it melt in the sauce, then stir in the sour cream and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  4. Fold in the pasta, put everything in a baking dish and cover with mozzarella slices.
  5. Bake at 150 ° C for 25 - 30 minutes until golden brown.
