Fried Vermicelli

I remembered from childhood a side dish that my mother often prepared – noodles fried in a pan. The whole family liked this dish.

Ingredients

  • Spider web vermicelli – 90 g
  • Water – 1 glass
  • Ghee butter – 20 g
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare foods for fried noodles.
  2. Melt the ghee in a small skillet.
  3. Add the vermicelli.
  4. Fry, stirring, until a nice golden brown.
  5. Pour in 1/3 cup of water, add salt. Cook without stirring until the liquid evaporates.
  6. Pour in another 1/3 cup of water, stir, cook until the liquid evaporates.
  7. Repeat the same with the remaining water.

The fried noodles are ready. Enjoy your meal!
