Ingredients

  • 380 g nectarine (s), approx. 3 lare ones
  • 180 g apricot (s), approx. 2 lare ones
  • 150 g pear (s), 1 piece
  • 170 g kiwi (s), 2 pieces
  • 130 g melon (s), water
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 1 packet preserving sugar, : 3
  • some lemon juice
  • Vanilla flavor, or vanilla pulp

Instructions

  1. Wash fruit, core, peel and chop depending on the variety. Then weigh the correct amount - a total of 1500g of fruit. Sauté solid fruits (everything except kiwi, melon and raspberries) in a large saucepan over medium heat for a maximum of 10 minutes. Stir again and again. Add remaining fruit, n.a. lemon juice and vanilla and puree everything. Put the pot back on the stove, stir in the preserving sugar and cook and fill a jam according to the package instructions.
  2. Makes about 7 medium glasses.
  3. Of course, the amount of the individual types can vary and other types of fruit can also be used. But I think this mixture is very tasty! Summery, fruity, sweet and sour at the same time! In addition, it is noticeably bright red and smells.
