Halve the limes, divide each half into 6 pieces. Put the cane sugar in the glass. Put the limes on top, then a small half handful of crushed ice. 4 (or 2) cl tequila in the glass, half of the glass with the beer, top up with ginger ale
Extremely refreshing, is a great, slightly bitter-sweet-sour taste experience, does not cause a headache (at least for us) and is simply delicious. Also tastes good with vodka. The cocktail tastes good without sugar and is also sweet enough, we usually leave it out.
