Ingredients

  • 160 g ladyfiners
  • 3 tablespoon orange juice
  • 3 tablespoon orange liqueur or amaretto
  • 500 g quark, lean
  • 300 g yourt, vanilla flavor
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 can mango (s) or peaches or other fruit
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a baking dish with half of the biscuits. Mix the orange juice and orange liqueur and drizzle half of it on top.
  2. Mix the quark with the yogurt, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Drain and puree the fruits.
  3. Spread half of the fruit puree on the drizzled biscuits. Then spread half of the quark cream on it. Layer the remaining biscuits and drizzle with the remaining juice and liqueur mixture. Spread the rest of the fruit puree on the biscuits and top with the rest of the quark cream.
  4. Chill for about 1 hour, then serve. For decoration you can sprinkle black or white chocolate chips over the tiramisu.
  5. Tip: Do not take too much when drizzling, as the biscuits will still suck in quite a bit and the tiramisu will otherwise become too watery!
