Garlic Bomb

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, garlic and finely diced ham with a hand mixer. Add enough cream that it becomes a creamy mass. No other spices are added because the cooked ham is salty enough. You can also use creamy yogurt instead of cream.
  2. Put in a suitable bowl and sprinkle well with herbs, e.g. parsley or chives. It tastes best if you let it steep in the refrigerator for a day.
  3. We tried everything on savory biscuits, but Tuc tastes best with it. I always make the garlic bomb on barbecues. But then with 10 packages of cream cheese for about 15 to 20 people. Distributed in small bowls, everyone at the table can eat properly.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
