Ingredients
- 500 g noodles (spiral noodles)
- 4 tablespoon vinegar
- 6 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper
- Herb (s), (garden herbs)
- 8 cloves garlic
- broth

- Cook the pasta in broth. Press the garlic and mix with the vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the herbs. Mix in the drained pasta and let it steep, preferably overnight.
