Ingredients
- 10 mushrooms (giant mushrooms)
- 50 g rocket, washed and cleaned
- 40 g cheese, possibly reduced fat, rated
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 5 tomato (s), dried
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 ½ ball mozzarella, light
- salt and pepper

- Rub and clean the mushrooms. Carefully unscrew the stalks and chop very finely. Remove the stems from the rocket and chop it very finely. Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped tomatoes, the chopped mushroom stalks, rocket, cheese and quark together well. Squeeze the garlic and season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat). Cut the mozzarella into 10 slices and set aside.
- Now fill the mushrooms with the mixture. Cover each mushroom with a slice of mozzarella and place the mushrooms in a baking dish. Bake on the middle shelf in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
- Taste warm and cold. Makes itself very good as a starter or as a side dish to grilled dishes.
