Ingredients

  • 125 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 200 g suar
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 300 g almond (s), round (without shell)
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 4 teaspoons gingerbread spice

Instructions

  1. Mix the marzipan, sugar and 1 egg white to a smooth mass.
  2. Beat 3 egg whites with salt until stiff. Fold in everything.
  3. Now fold in the almonds, flour and gingerbread spice. Knead together well (something sticks). Let it rest in a closed bowl in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
  4. Now shape sticks 7 cm long and 1 cm thick and roll them in sugar and bake at 160 ° C for about 15 minutes.
