Ingredients

  • 400 g nocchi from the refrierated shelf
  • 2 small onions
  • 15 cherry tomato (s)
  • 200 g ham (ham)
  • 10 olives, green, pitted
  • 125 g rocket
  • 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 7 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into narrow strips. Halve the tomatoes and roughly chop the olives. Cut the ham into bite-sized pieces. Wash the rocket. Mix the vinegar, 5 tablespoons of oil, pepper and salt into a dressing.
  2. Put the remaining oil in a pan and fry the ham in it. Then add the onion and sweat. Then add the gnocchi and fry briefly. Add the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Put the pan`s contents in a bowl, add rocket and olives and pour the dressing over them. Cool in the bowl and let steep for about 1 hour.
