Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 2 handfuls cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 handful rocket
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon pesto
  • Parmesan
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan, fry the gnocchi on both sides and remove from the pan. Melt the diced garlic and tomatoes in the pan. Mix everything in a bowl.
  2. Now add grated parmesan and 2-3 tablespoons of pesto. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add a little oil if necessary.
  3. The salad can be served warm or cold.
