Ingredients

  • 1 package gnocchi, 400 to 500 g
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 500 g asparaus
  • 1 scoop mozzarella (light also works)
  • oregano
  • basil
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus and cut into bite-sized pieces. Fry in the oil in a large pan, adding a little sugar and salt. After about 5 minutes (the asparagus may be a little browned) add the gnocchi and fry them. Possibly add a little water to soften the gnocchi.
  2. When the asparagus and gnocchi are done, add the chopped oregano, chopped basil, salt and pepper to taste. Finally add the mozzarella in cubes and let it melt slightly.
  3. Tip: You can get asparagus tips very cheaply and you don`t have to peel them!
