Ingredients

  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 200 g chanterelles
  • 500 g nocchi
  • 50 ml Madeira, optionally apple juice
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 400 ml cream
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and chanterelles and cut the mushrooms into strips or quarters, depending on your taste. Dice shallots and sauté in olive oil. Add the mushrooms and fry briefly. Deglaze with Madeira or apple juice and simmer briefly. Then add the broth and cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and honey and simmer to a creamy sauce. Add parsley and serve.
  3. A mixed salad is recommended as a side dish.
