Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken fillet (s)
  • 400 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 50 g olives, black
  • 50 g hot peppers, reen
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 roll (s) puff pastry
  • 50 g parmesan, rated
  • 3 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 shot white wine
  • basil
  • Paprika powder
  • Curry powder
  • Spice mix (pepperoni spice)
  • pepper
  • salt

Gourmet Mushroom Quiché with Chicken Breast

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces and fry. Peel the mushrooms, onions and garlic, fry them as well and deglaze with white wine. Chop the peppers, olives and peppers. Mix everything with the sour cream and season to taste.
  2. Line a baking dish with the puff pastry, pour the mixture on top and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, turn on the grill for another 5 minutes and bake the quiche.
