- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 teaspoons sour cream
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- Cayenne pepper
- Seasoned Salt

- Clean the mushrooms and cut into small cubes. Cut the garlic into very thin slices. Cut the onion into fine cubes.
- Heat the olive oil and add the onions. When the onions are lightly browned, add the mushrooms and garlic. Fry everything for about 5 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
- Mix the tomato paste with the sour cream in a small bowl. Add the mushroom mixture and stir everything together. Season to taste with cayenne pepper, herb salt and pepper.
- The spread tastes particularly good on wholemeal bread or farmhouse bread.
- This spread is also suitable for food combining, as sour cream and mushrooms are neutral.
