  • 75 g diced ham, lean
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s), cut into rings
  • 300 g batter, fresher, for bauette rolls, chilled (e.. Knack & Back)
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the ham in the hot oil. Add spring onions in rings and fry briefly, then let cool.
  2. Take the dough out of the tin, cut into four rectangles at the seams and then cut them in half again. Roll out the pieces of dough a little, brush with crème fraîche, carefully season with salt and pepper and then spread the ham cubes on top.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 12 to 14 minutes.
