Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 150 ml Fanta
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder

For covering:

  • 600 ml cream
  • 3 packs cream stabilizer
  • 5 packs vanilla sugar
  • 500 g sour cream
  • 2 cans peach (s) each 470 g drained weight

Instructions

  1. For the dough, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Now add the sunflower oil and Fanta and stir. Mix and stir in the flour and baking powder. Beat with the hand mixer on the highest setting until a creamy dough is formed. Spread the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. The exact time of course depends on the stove. The dough should be golden yellow and juicy.
  3. For the topping, drain the peaches well and cut them into cubes. Mix the sour cream and vanilla sugar and add the peaches. Whip the cream very stiff with the cream stiffener and then fold it into the sour cream mixture. Spread the mixture on the cooled dough and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until you are ready to eat it.
