Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 2 cup / s sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup oil, e.g. sunflower oil
  • 3 ½ cup flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 cup orange lemonade, (e.g. Fanta)
  • 500 g sour cream
  • 250 g cream
  • sugar and cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with the mixer until the sugar has dissolved. Add the oil while stirring, then gradually stir in the flour mixed with baking powder. Finally, add the cup of lemonade and do not mix too long because of the carbon dioxide.
  2. Line a tray with baking paper (or grease it), spread the dough on top and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes (until it is lightly browned, if in doubt, do a stick test).
  3. Let the base cool down on the baking sheet.
  4. Then mix the sour cream with the liquid cream and spread it smoothly on the bottom. Then sprinkle the topping with a little cinnamon and sugar and refrigerate (until the sour cream is a little more stable). The Fanta cake is ready!
