Ingredients

  • 300 g flour, sifted
  • 300 g suar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet baking powder, sieved
  • 1 packet orange peel flavor (Orange-Back)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup Fanta, or other orange lemonade (250 ml each)
  • Powdered sugar, as needed
  • Lemon juice, or water, as needed
  • possibly sprinkles, colorful, smarties, food coloring

Instructions

  1. The amount of dough is enough for approx. 30 muffins.
  2. Beat the eggs, vanilla sugar, orange baking, sugar, oil and Fanta with a whisk until frothy. Gradually stir in the sifted flour and baking powder.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection) (top and bottom heat 200 degrees).
  4. Fill muffin cases with a tablespoon of the mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Let the muffins cool down a little and then make a glaze from powdered sugar and lemon juice (or water). You can also mix it in with food coloring. Spread it over the muffins and sprinkle decorations such as streusel, smarties or similar on top.
