Cupcake from “Fanta”

Earlier I have already tried to make a dough on mineral water with gas. Essentially, the bubbles provide an airy base, and the taste, in principle, does not change much compared to ordinary water. Here we use “Fanta”.
Cook: 1 hour
Servings: 6-8
Ingredients
- Soda “Fanta” – 0.5 Glass
- Vegetable oil – 0.5 cups
- Flour – 1.5 Cups
- Sugar – 1 Glass
- Baking powder – 15 Grams
- Vanillin – 1 Gram
- Egg – 2 Pieces
- Canned tangerines, jar – 1 Piece
Directions
- Whisk eggs with soda, sugar, butter, and vanilla until they are combined.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Pour the dough into a baking dish. Spread the tangerine slices over it.
- Bake the cake for 40 minutes. Serve it, garnish as desired.
