Ingredients
- 6 egg (s), boiled as soft as wax
- 1 cup yoghurt, 3.5%, 25 grams
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 80%
- 2 teaspoons medium hot mustard
- 1 teaspoon capers, drained
- 8 gherkins, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- Cayenne pepper

- Cut the boiled eggs into slices. Mix the remaining ingredients into the sauce and add the eggs. The egg yolk can mix with it. This turns the sauce nice and yellow and still leaves pieces of egg yolks in it.
- Eat with freshly chopped parsley to serve.
- The recipe is from my grandfather, I can`t make enough of it! Good succeed.
