- 2 small onions
- 4 medium pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 large apple
- 1 cup salad (meat salad)
- salt and pepper
- Cucumber liquid

- Boil the potatoes and cut them into slices. Dice the onions, apple and cucumber and add to the potatoes.
- Stir in the meat salad and season with cucumber juice, salt and pepper. It tastes even better when it can steep in a cool place overnight.
- We always have it on New Year`s Eve.
