Ingredients

  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 200 g spinach, youn + fresher
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoon cheese, for gratinating
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms, break off the stem and enlarge the hole a little. If necessary, chop off the thyme and roughly chop it. Clean onion + garlic, cut into cubes (if you want less garlic taste, just halve the clove) and then stir in a pan with butter. Add the spinach and heat briefly until it collapses. Season with thyme, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Put the mushrooms in a gratin dish, season with salt and pepper, fill with the spinach and sprinkle with the cheese.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for a good 10-15 minutes. Good Appetite!
  4. This recipe is only part of a suggestion for mushroom variations.
