Ingredients

  • 750 g mushrooms
  • 2 large tomato (s)
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon basil, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ thyme, finely chopped or a mixture herbs

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Dice the onion.
  2. Fry the mushrooms in the oil. Add the onion and fry briefly. (If you like, you can also fry 1-2 finely chopped cloves of garlic) Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put everything in a greased baking dish.
  4. Slice tomatoes and place over the mushrooms. Also lightly pepper and salt the tomatoes and sprinkle with the herbs.
  5. Also cut the mozzarella into slices and place on the tomato slices.
  6. Bake everything in a preheated oven at 225 ° C (convection 200 ° C) for about 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with the rest of the basil just before serving.
  8. Baguette with garlic or herb butter tastes good with it.
