Ingredients
- 1 ½ cucumber (s), fresh, green
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 200 g sour cream or creme fraiche
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 15 olives, black, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chives, cut into small rolls
- 1 teaspoon dill, fresh or dried
- 1 medium onion (s), diced
- salt and pepper

- Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices on the vegetable slicer.
- Mix with 1/2 teaspoon salt and let rest for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, mix all the other ingredients (starting with the sour cream ingredient).
- Squeeze the cucumber well and mix with the sour cream mixture.
- Let rest for at least 1 hour.
- If you like, you don`t need to drain the cucumber, but then the salad will be too watery afterwards.
- Season again with salt before consumption.
