Ingredients
- 1 red pepper (s), cut into fine strips
- 1 green pepper (s), cut into fine strips
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, cut into fine strips
- 1 small cucumber (s), peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 beefsteak tomato (s), cut into cubes
- 1 small Glass olives, black, pitted, cut into fine rings
- 1 large onion (s), finely diced
- 200 g sheep cheese, Greek, diced
- Salt, plenty
- Black pepper
- Garlic, granulated, plentiful
- 9 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 tablespoon white wine vinegar

- Put all the vegetables and the sheep`s cheese in a bowl. Whisk the olive oil with the vinegar and add. Mix well and season with the spices.
- Tip:
- The longer the salad draws, the better it tastes.
- You can add 150-250 g finely diced salami or paprika salami, this makes the salad even more spicy.
