Ingredients
- 3 large oxheart tomato (s)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cans black olives, pickled
- 2 pt. Feta cheese, Greek
- 1 lime (s), which the zest
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- salt and pepper

- Cut the tomatoes into thick slices, remove the core, then cut into cubes.
- Cut the spring onions into thin rings and finely dice the garlic. Cut the olives into pieces and then mix all the ingredients together.
- Let the salad steep a little.
- Just before serving, season with salt and pepper and fold in the diced cheese.
