Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ head iceberg lettuce
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 3 slices watermelon (s)
- 150 g feta cheese
- Herbs
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
- salt and pepper
- possibly honey

- Wash and chop the iceberg lettuce. Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces. Cut 3 large slices of a watermelon into cubes.
- Make a dressing with the juice of half a lemon, herbs and spices. Refine with a little honey if you like.
- Mix the ingredients and make the salad with the dressing. Dice the feta cheese and mix in.
