Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 400 g melon (s), (watermelon)
- 125 g mozzarella
- 80 g rocket
- a bit salt
- some pepper, from the mill
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 2 tablespoons oil

- Roast the pumpkin seeds in a pan without fat and allow to cool.
- Cut the watermelon into cubes or use a melon cutter to cut out balls. Dice the mozzarella. Clean, wash and dry the rocket lettuce on kitchen paper and pluck it into small pieces.
- Prepare a marinade with the remaining ingredients, season to taste and mix everything together.
