Ingredients
- 250 g watermelon (s), if possible seedless, weihed without peel
- 250 g cucumber (s), oranic, pitted
- 250 g mano (s), without peel and stone
- 1 small onion (s), red
- 1 chilli pepper (s), pitted, quantity according to heat and taste
- 2 tablespoon mint leaves, cut into fine strips
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Cut the melon, cucumber and mango into cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely. Cut the chilli pepper very finely.
- Mix a marinade from juice, spices and oil, mix everything well and leave to steep for about 20 minutes in a cool place. Season again to taste before serving.
