- 2 mango (s), ripe
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s)
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ lime (s), untreated
- 0.5 ½ bunch mint or basil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- salt and pepper

- Peel the mango and cut into small cubes. Wash the cucumber, do not peel it, and cut it into small cubes. Chilli, mint (if you don`t like mint, take basil, it also tastes very good) and onion finely chop and mix with mango and cucumber. Remove the zest from the lime and mix in. Squeeze out the juice.
- Mix the lime juice, honey, salt and pepper into a dressing and mix gently with the salad.
- If you like, you can also use less honey, since the mango should also be very sweet.
